‘Work- style’

Style is a particular way by which something is done; a manner, a way or an attitude.

At YHTDTW style means putting on our finest garms and sashaying in them confidently, all whilst practicing ethical and sustainable styling.

‘Work- adulting’

Can somebody please tell me why the definition for adulting is the practice of behaving in a way characteristic of a responsible adult, especially the accomplishment of mundane but necessary tasks?

I don’t know whether to laugh or cry because that definition alone is the reason why adulting is the ultimate scam.

One just has to have the characteristics of a responsible adult and then boom, certified adult?!

‘Work- relationships’

The word relationship means the way in which one, two or more people are connected or connect. Isn’t that just the most poetic definition you have ever encountered?

Like it’s not a goal that you need to attain but it’s a birthright and it comes already installed in you!

I’m ready to work how I view and am in relationships with myself, those fortunate enough to experience me and those who don’t have this privilege.

‘Work- systems’

Now systems are a set of things working together as parts of a mechanism or an interconnecting network; a complex whole.

And if you are a marginalized minority like myself, you’d know that you don’t even have to sign up to some of these interconnecting networks for these systems to be one of the most toxic experiences you’ll ever experience and that’s what makes it complex!

Let’s dig deep, disrupt and let those, claiming to be grand at the expense of others, do the work!
